Summer Reading Adventure: A Summer Reading Program for All Ages
Read, explore and discover this summer! To participate, create a free Beanstack account online or sign in with your existing account. Sign up for the Summer Reading Adventure program that matches your grade or age. Read and complete activities, then track your progress online to earn reading rewards. More information about virtual family programs.

Virtual Family Storytimes
Join us for 30 minutes of stories and songs in English and Spanish with a different theme each week, led by Ms. Angelica. Presented on Facebook Live.

Virtual Summer Reading Author Adventure #3
Join us on a virtual adventure and meet authors on Zoom: Katherine St. John (The Lion’s Den), Kira Jane Buxton (Hollow Kingdom), Diana Giovinazzo (The Woman in Red) and Elizabeth St. John (Written in Their Stars). They’ll discuss their books and answer questions from attendees. Presented in partnership with Adventures by the Book and NovelNetwork. Register to receive a Zoom invite.

Virtual Concert Featuring Jessica Fichot
Performing solo, chanteuse and songwriter Jessica Fichot presents a collection of songs from around the world. Drawing from her multi-cultural French/Chinese/American upbringing, she will delight fans with her originals and multilingual classics. Accompanying herself with a surprising combination of accordion, piano, toy piano and percussion instruments, this musical voyage – which will be streamed on Facebook and recorded for YouTube – is not to be missed! Virtual Good Life Lecture: Mastering the Art of Resiliency with Jennifer Pharr Davis
Jennifer Pharr Davis has made a name for herself as a record setting hiker, a National Geographic Adventurer and a writer. She has penned numerous books and articles for the New York Times, Outside and Backpacker. This talk, based on her most recent book, is an empowering examination of the mindset and action steps that lead to long-term success. Virtual Author Talk: STOP THE WORLD: Snapshots from a Pandemic with Robin Burcell, Taffy Cannon, Matt Coyle, Lise McClendon & Caitlin Rother
STOP THE WORLD: Snapshots from a Pandemic is a topical, up-to-the-minute anthology of personal essays, short fiction, and poetry based on early experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic in this unique year of lockdown, contagion and uncertainty. Join Robin Burcell, Taffy Cannon, Matt Coyle, Lise McClendon and Caitlin Rother, several of the STOP THE WORLD creators and contributors, on Zoom for an inside look.
