COVID-19 Update
The City of Carlsbad has temporarily suspended in-person city services until further notice at city facilities, including all three library locations, due to a county public health order. Please see the website for virtual program information.

Overdue fines will not accrue between March 15 and when the library reopens.
There will be no fees for expired, suspended or cancelled holds while the library is closed to the public.

Carlsbad City Library provides high-quality services and programs year-round for all ages. Check the Library’s online calendar for events, sign-up for our e-newsletters or visit us on Facebook. Have questions? Email librarian@carlsbadca.gov, Ask Us and see locations and hours.
