Do I need to create an account in order to submit a service request?
Most types of service requests can be submitted without creating an account. The login screen will be presented after you select “Create“ or “Account.” Choose “Create anonymously” to continue without logging in. Some service request types do, however, require that you login. These are requests where city staff will likely need to contact you in order to complete.
What will you do with my contact information?
We’ll only use it to contact you about the status of your request. We won’t share it or sell it or do anything else to compromise your privacy. However, we may be required to disclose it under the California Public Records Act or a court order.
Why can’t I report code violations and other stuff?
We’ll be adding more categories as we go. For now, we started with the most requested services.
